Kin Knives show case the Gordon Ramsey knives, Nomades Moroccan brings some spice to your food. Bouverie Lodge Bison bring a taste of Bison and the Thoroughly Wild Meat Co. brings a true taste of the wild. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the true taste of coffee with a clear conscience from the Real Tea & Coffee Co. at the Festival Cafe.

Chef’s special
Antonio Carluccio the much loved and respected Italian cookery writer cooks up a storm of genuine regional Italian food that will inspire your taste-buds, regarded as the Godfather of Italian gastronomy this is an experience not to be missed! Throughout each day of the festival leading local chefs will be creating delicious dishes from regional ingredients which will inspire you. Michelin Star Martin Blunos is not olny a local Bath chef but is one of the countries greatest chefs, join Martin and see why he was chosen to cook for Her Majesty The Queen during her Jubilee year.

Real Ale
Don't forget the inspiring breweries showcasing a wide range of Real Ale with fine ale from over ten brewers such as Baths only brewery Abbey Ales with their traditional ale, North Cotswold Brewery, and Cotswold Spring Brewery. Be thirsty, very thirsty...

Join the experts to take part in informal tutored testing's, a chance to develop and understanding and a greater appreciation a bout wine from the old world to the new world and experince the true taste of Real Ale, learn about the differance, the passion, the ingredients that make Real Ale a true beer.

Champagne Garden Bar
Premier and Grand Cru champagnes from the vineyards can be enjoyed in the Jarvis St James Champagne Garden, an exclusive corner of the Royal Victoria Park. Enjoy the finest perfectly chilled glass of champagne or why not sample the full decadent experience and share a bottle of Champagne on ice, with friends.

Festival Entertainment
Live music from local bands and delicious food, real ales, cider and champagne will make this Bath’s most unique weekend out. Join friends, family and work colleagues for a relaxing night under the stars. There'll be a hog roast from Glamorgan Vale, the Wessex Pantry will be serving up game pies, Rogan Josh will be offering some of the best Chicken Bhuna, why not wash this down with wine from Chile or the English vineyards. One night won't be enough, enjoy the festival during the day and join us on Saturday evening until 7pm for the best night going.
