The Theatre
Take part in informal tutored tastings, your chance to develop an even greater appreciation and understanding of Wine, Real Ale and Spirits from around the world in a relaxed, fun interactive environment with some of the most well known and respected journalists and writers in the UK.
Each seated tutored tasting involves sampling over the course of 30 minutes. They are about learning through enjoyment, enabling you to understand the range and diversity of wine, spirits and Real Ale available today.

Tim Hampson Beer – the best long drink in the world Author Tim Hampson looks into the world of real ale and finds a drink as sophisticated as the very best wines. Sampling some of the best of the cask conditioned beers brewed locally, he explores the aromas, colour, flavours and tastes that makes beer far more than just a swift swallow. Tim’s work includes The Beer Book and Great Beer, both published by Dorling Kindersley; London’s Best Pubs and London’s Riverside (due fir publication in 2011) pubs both published by New Holland Publishers.
