taste of coffee with a clear conscience from Jack in the Box at the festival cafe.
Chefs special
The spotlight will be on top local chefs at the Intoto Kitchen. Throughout each day of the festival leading chefs
will be creating delicious dishes from regional ingredients. Michelin Star Martin Blunos is one of the countries
greatest chefs, join Martin and see why he was chosen to cook for Her Majesty The Queen during her Jubilee year.
Real Ale
Don't forget the inspiring breweries showcasing a wide range of Real Ale from the region with fine ale from Battledown,
North Cotswold, Stroud Brewery and Cotswold Spring Brewery along with true Cider from Gwatkins,
Orchards and Minchews to name just a few.. Be thirsty, very thirsty...
Gaymer Cider Garden
Visit the Cider Garden and experience the taste of refreshing cider from Gaymer Cider Company's wide portfolio which

surrounds of Montpellier Gardens.
Wine Experience
Join the experts to take part in informal tutored testing's, a chance to develop and understanding and a greater appreciation a
bout wine from the old world to the new world. Cono Sur are showcasing fine wines from Chile and will be sharing their
knowledge and expertise; join Master of Wine Simon Thorpe from Constellation Europe for a whistle-stop tour of
premium wines from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa & California. Frome Valley Vineyard will fly the flag for
English wines and show why English wines are gaining in popularity.
Champagne Garden Bar
Premier and Grand Cru champagnes from the vineyards can be enjoyed in the Hotel on the Park Champagne Garden, an exclusive
corner of Montpellier Gardens. Enjoy the finest perfectly chilled glass of champagne or why not sample the full decadent
experience and share a bottle of Champagne on ice, with friends.
Festival After Work
Live music from local bands and delicious regional food, real ales, cider and champagne will make this Cheltenham's most unique night out.
Join friends, family and work colleagues for a relaxing night under the stars. There'll be a hog roast from Glamorgan Vale, the
Wessex Pantry will be serving up game pies, Rogan Josh will be offering some of the best Chicken Bhuna, why not wash this
down with wine from Chile or the English vineyards of Three Choirs and Lulham Court. One night won't be enough, enjoy the
festival during the day and join us on Friday and Saturday evenings until 7pm for the best night going.
