Battledown Brewery
Cheltenham oldest working brewery, open to the public. The brewery is situated on the edge of Battledown, an area less than a mile east of Cheltenham's centre, Working from totally refurbished old premises in a quite backwater of Cheltenham, Battledown operates a 8-barrel traditional timber-clad brew-plant built to our own specifications using hot liquor tun, mash tun, kettle (or copper), valentine under-back, two closed top fermenters and three conditioning tanks.

CAMRA CAMRA (the Campaign for Real Ale)
The local branch of CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, will be helping to manage the Real Ale Marquee. CAMRA campaigns for real ale, real pubs and consumer rights. They are an independent, voluntary organisation with over 89,000 members and have been described as the most successful consumer group in Europe. CAMRA promotes good-quality real ale and pubs, as well as acting as the consumer's champion in relation to the UK and European beer and drinks industry. CAMRA will have a stand in the Marquee for anyone who is interested in further information.
