Our kindly Friesian cows have donated their milk to help us make our real dairy ice cream. They live on our farm in the Cotswolds, where they amble about in green fields all day long, gently chewing the cud until milking time. Our top five flavours are accredited by the Fairtrade Foundation. This means that we buy our ingredients from Fairtrade suppliers wherever possible and all the ingredients that are Fairtrade are marked with an asterisk on the tub. www.cotswoldicecream.net
