Head Tutor at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School, Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. Nurdin is involved with developing the nutritional aspects of everyone who has a passion for food and wishes to have fun preparing it. He has also assisted with the research, development and preparation of food for television and most recently with Le Manoir Holistic Breakfast menu.
